Research Output
I have published over 20 peer-reviewed articles with >300 citations, focusing on computational methods for multi-omics data analysis, biomarker discovery and drug development. My current work spans from developing novel computational tools to identifying clinically relevant biomarkers in gynecological cancers. In my PhD I worked on evaluating drug candidates and developing new screening methods for neglected tropical diseases, using computational methods and PK/PD models for cocrystals, prodrugs and novel formulations.
