Research Output
I have published several peer-reviewed articles with >200 citations, focusing on computational methods for multi-omics data analysis, biomarker discovery, and drug development. My current work spans from developing novel computational tools to identifying clinically relevant biomarkers in gynecological cancers. In my PhD I worked on developing new drugs against neglected tropical diseases, using computational methods and PK/PD models, especially for cocrystals and prodrugs.
